After creating your Rippledesk account, you're almost ready to set up your workspace.
Your Rippledesk workspace enables you to effortlessly invite colleagues and agents, fostering seamless communication with your customers and enhancing productivity.
Click on create a team or workspace to get started.
STEP 1 - BUSINESS INFORMATION
- Enter your company email address
- Enter your company’s name. (Please note: Calls audios such as welcome messages will be crated using your company name)
- Enter your current business phone number
- Select the industry in which your business operates.
- Select you Team size
STEP 2 - TEST YOUR RIPPLEDESK SETUP
- Call number to test your experience.
- Click on CONTINUE at the bottom right.
STEP 3 - COMPLIANCE
- Read compliance carefully to understand.
- Click the dropdown icon next to 'Consent from my customers' and select the 'CHECKBOX' to accept the personal engagement guidelines
- Click on CONTINUE at the bottom right.
