How to set call forwarding

On Rippledesk, you can easily forward calls to a number of your choice or to voicemail, either during or after working hours. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Rippledesk account.
2. Go to your "Settings", then select "Phone numbers".
3. Click ‘Configure’ next to the phone number for which you want to set up call forwarding.
4. Scroll down and under Incoming calls, select Call Forwarding.
5. Toggle the button next to Voicemail or Call Forwarding to turn it on.
6. On the right-hand menu, select Call forwarding and enter the number you want to forward your calls to.
