In this guide, we will find out the different roles member have access within your Rippledesk workspace.
Workspace roles
Here’s the role of each user in your team’s workspace:
- An owner has full control of all features and settings in the workspace, from ownership transfer and adding/removing users to integrations and automation.
- An administrator has access to most features but may be restricted from certain sensitive areas (like billing details) at the owner's discretion.
- A manager oversees the Member-level users and has access to performance metrics relevant to their team.
- A member has access to perform their daily tasks, such as making calls, sending messages, and handling customer interactions.

Phone number roles
Owner
There can only be one owner assigned to each phone number. Phone number owners can also invite other members to their phone number.
Admin
The phone number owner, workspace owner, or workspace admin can update the phone number’s settings.
Manager
A Manager can access the reports and members section of the live dashboard.
